What is Apparel or Clothing?
It is a fibre and textile materials which is worn on the body. Clothing or apparel is one of the main features of human societies. The types of apparel or clothing worn is totally depends o the body type, size, geographic and social considerations. Working pattern
To make pattern for a particular style with net dimension.

Sample making
To make the sample according to the demand of buyer is called sample making.

Approved sample
The sample which is approved by buyer is known approved sample.

Costing
To determine cost considering fabric required, making charge, trimmings, accessories, and profit is known as costing.

Production pattern
To make pattern for a particular style with net dimension along with the allowance.

Grading
The process to grade up the approved sample according to dimension i.e. S, L, M, XL, and XXL are known as grading.

Marker making
To make the marker where marker is a thin paper that contains all the necessary pattern pieces for all sizes for a particular style of clothing in such a way that fabric wastage would be least.

Fabric spreading
It is a process which plies of fabric is spread in order to get required length and width as per marker dimension.

Cutting
Cutting means to cut the fabric according to the marker dimension.

Sorting and bundling
To sort out the fabric according to size is known as sorting and for each size making individual bundle is known as bundling.

Sewing
It is a process to join up the various parts of the fabric with the help of sewing needle or thread in manually or by using sewing machine.

Ironing or finishing
It is a process to get complete apparel treated with steam ironing.

Final inspection
To inspect finally the clothing.

Packing
It is the process to pack the apparel treated by polyethylene bag.

Cartooning
It is a process to keep the pack in hand paper bag for export so as to minimize damage.

Send to the buyer or dispatch
When all the processes are completed then apparel are sent to the buyer.
